Public Class Offerings :: Other Classes We are happy to offer customized classes at homes or organization meetings for 10 people or more. We can customize material from our corporate programs, public classes, or speaking topics. We can also customize material from courses we have offered in the past, such as: Women's Energy Body Principles: An overview of the 10 Principles of women's energy bodies, drawn from energy medicine and spiritual traditions. Includes chakras, meridians, auras, and more, along with exercises for how you can cleanse and empower your energy field. Introduction to the Chakras and Chakra Meditation: This course introduces the 7 primary in-body chakras, along with visualization, mantra, and other meditations designed to open and empower them. Stress Management Through Meditation: Medical studies have repeatedly shown that regular meditation helps lower the production of stress chemicals in the body, which in turn offers a host of health benefits, from lower blood pressure to reduced physical pain and improved sleeping habits. This seminar covers basic techniques for recognizing stress triggers and dealing with them, as well as secular home meditation techniques anyone can learn. Stress Management for the Mommy Brain: Most frequently offered in Parent Education classes, this seminar covers some of the changes a women's brain undergoes when becoming a mother, particularly related to stress management and emotional intelligence, and teaches practical meditation techniques for addressing or enhancing them. American Mysticism: Lessons from some of the most influential and authentically American spiritual movements, such as Transcendentalism, Spiritualism, Theosophy, and New Ageism. The Mystic’s Journey: A look at the classic mystic’s journey as a series of seven phases corresponding to the seven chakras. Also taught as a women’s course, focused on the seven phases of women’s spiritual journey.
