Private Sessions

Lisa Erickson offers private meditation and energy work phone sessions tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Each session begins with a guided meditation (knowledge of chakras not required.) After that, the session will vary depending on your interests and needs. Primary work may include one or more of the following:
- An intuitive analysis of energy issues you may currently be working through, and that may be causing blocks or issues for you in your life. Lisa will guide you through energy release, healing, and empowerment work at the subtle body level using visualization, meditation, and other energy-based modalities. You may be given follow-up exercises you can do at home, including specific meditations, energy healing practices, diet prescriptions etc.
- Individual guidance and empowerment for your meditation practice. This includes focus on which techniques might be the best for you at this time in your life, how you can develop or strengthen a meditation routine, and addressing any questions that have arisen for you. It also includes guided energy work to help you connect to each chakra and clear blocks that may be inhibiting you.
- An assessment of where you are in the 'energy' phases of your life, and what specific energy practices might aid you at this time. This is particularly relevant for women.
- Energetic guidance on goals you may be working towards, identifying and clearing relevant blocks, creating structures for success, and empowering the energetic aspects of yourself most relevant to your goals.
- Women's energetic focus - energetic pregnancy support and childbirth preparation, healing for sexual abuse or trauma, support for perimenopause/menopause.
Sessions are one hour. You will call into a conference call number with Lisa, and all sessions are recorded so that you can download the mp3 audio file afterwards for reuse. Pricing is $50 for one hour, 2 for $75, or 3 for $100. Note that Lisa does offer sliding scale options, especially for sexual abuse and trauma energetic healing support. Please also note that these sessions are not a replacement for therapy or medical care, but may augment those healing methods for those interested.
