A variation of this speech is available for women-only audiences focusing on the specific research and techniques proven most effective for women.
The Mommy Brain and Meditation : Overview of the changes that take place in a women's brain upon becoming a mother, especially related to managing stress, multitasking, and emotional intelligence. Meditation techniques for addressing and enhancing these.
The Chakras From a Spiritual Perspective : Overview of various chakra systems and the spiritual and healing traditions that they derive from.
The Universal Mystic : Overview of the spiritual growth process, as it is expressed through the mystic branches of all the world’s major religions – Kabbalah in Judaism, Sufism in Islam, Gnosticism in Christianity, Tantra and Zen in Buddhism and Yoga in Hinduism. This speech highlights the life stories of one or two mystics from two or more selected traditions, including highlights from their inspiring mystic journeys that contemporary seekers can relate to their own lives.
Women Spiritual Voices from the Past : Biographies of four famous woman mystics, each from a different religious tradition, highlighting what modern women seekers can learn from their stories. Included are Christian mystic Hildegard of Bingen, Jewish rebbe Rachel Hannah, Zen Buddhist abbess Mugai Nyodai, and Hindu poet and teacher Mirabai (others can be considered upon request.)
