Why Meditation?

REAL Seminars are The Maat Institute’s flagship corporate offering. Short for ‘Relaxed’, ‘Energized’, ‘Alert’ and ‘Level-headed’, these seminars teach four 5-10 minute meditations that can be used throughout the day to calm nerves, boost energy, increase focus and detach from non-constructive emotions.

Unlike most other meditation programs, the REAL Programs have been specifically designed for business participants. Individuals learn about the harmful effects of stress, as well as the underlying causes of fatigue, lack of focus and conflict.

Usually taught as a 1 to 1 ½ hour on-site session, REAL Seminars can also be adapted into multiple sessions spread across several days or weeks.
