Fall in Love With Your Feminine Power is an 8-week course focused on helping women heal, empower, and awaken their feminine energy body. Utilizing chakra teachings from many different traditions, as well as energy work modalities, this course is focused on cutting draining energy lines, empowering positive ones, building healthy energetic boundaries, healing sacral chakra wounds, and connecting to the divine feminine. It includes print materials, video, and audio meditations, as well as a discussion forum. Lisa is donating 10% of all her proceeds to this course to Vday, an organization dedicated to stopping violence against women and girls worldwide. Default pricing is $25 for the entire course, although DailyOm offers a sliding scale option. You may start the course at any time
REGISTER AT DAILYOMGuided Meditation and Awakening Talk, Third Sunday of the Month, 2:00 - 4:00pm, Yoga Bindu, 718 S. Weymouth Ave., San Pedro, CA
Offered on the third Sunday of every month, these sessions include a 45-minute guided meditation incorporating chakra work, breathing, visualization, chanting and other modalities. Music is sometimes used, and other times not. After a brief break after the meditation, we gather again for an 'awakening' talk. Modeled after traditional 'dharma talks', the theme of these will be spiritual awakening within our everyday lives, and draw upon inspirational teachings from around the world. We will conclude with a Q&A. Both regular chairs and yoga chairs will be provided, but feel free to bring your own cushion too. Registration appreciated, but not required, anyone is welcome. Offered on a donation basis, suggested amount $10. Note that in June, this will be replaced by the beach walk. 2013 dates are therefore 5/19, 7/21, 8/18, 9/15, 10/20, 11/17, and 12/15.

We will walk in mindfulness of nature, and then gather on the beach for guided meditations and energy healing exercises that utilize the elements. Meet at 9am at the pagoda on the grass behind the Trump National Golf Course clubhouse at 1 Ocean Trails, Rancho Palos Verdes. Offered on a donation basis, suggested amount $10. Registration appreciated but not required.
REGISTERTELESEMINAR - Energy Healing for Sexual Trauma and Abuse, 4 Sundays July 7th - 28th (participate live or by recording)
These four sessions offer energy healing work for women survivors of sexual abuse or trauma. They may be done in conjunction with my free self-healing e-book, Healing the Subtle Body Wounds of Sexual Trauma, or separately. While some of the work in this course is similar to that offered in the e-book, none of it is exactly the same, and it is meant to serve as a complementary course for those interested in healing within a group setting. The private online forum will serve as a powerful means of coming together for this purpose (although participation in that is optional and/or you may participate anonymously if you wish.) As with all of my sexual trauma energy work, this course is not meant to be used as a replacement for traditional therapy or medical treatment, but may complement such work, or provide valuable follow-up work for those interested in exploring energy healing. This is a spiritual intensive designed to empower your path to awakening. Through meditation and energy practices we will open your awareness, surface your energy-related 'gifts', identify blocks in your awareness, and work to release and/or transmute them. We will first build a set of foundational practices that you will commit to doing throughout the course, both meditation and mindfulness based. In addition, you will receive other 'homework' each week designed to help you explore and empower specific mystic gifts, so that you can discover your unique way of relating to the divine. We will approach this as a universal journey, drawing on practices and teachings from all the world's major religions, and from the great mystics that have experienced the divine within them. The class fee of $100 includes a private, online forum for questions and discussions, all class materials, and recordings. REGISTERDeveloping Your Intuition Through the Chakras, 5 Tuesdays starting September 17th, 2013, 7-8:30pm, Mira Costa HS, Manhattan Beach
Taught through the South Bay Adult School, this 5-week class will help you develop your intuition through an understanding of the chakras as intuitive channels. You will take a quiz to identify whether you pick up on physical, emotional, mental or spiritual intuitions, and learn how you can best develop them. Meditations and energy healing exercises will be incorporated into the classes. The cost is $64 for all four classes, includes materials.
